Dear Reader,

As I write these words, I am nearing my seventh decade of life -- a senior citizen with five grandchildren and greying hair that is a bit thin on top.

Normally, you'd picture me as some old geezer -- tired ... frail ... sickly -- maybe with one foot already in the grave, am I right?

     Well, you'd be dead wrong.

My body is big and supple and hard as a rock (as anyone who has attended one of my many seminars can attest).   Just five years ago,  I stopped playing power volleyball -- the kind you see on TV -- not because I was feeling too old and worn out ... but because the players argued so darned much between themselves.   It simply stopped being fun.

Yet I do no conventional exercise, except to walk three or four miles a day -- and I zip through that without feeling a bit tired.

I have no chronic ailments, as so many remaining friends of my generation now suffer.   I sleep a sound six hours a night and work for 14 or 16 hours nearly every day.

And good taste, alone, prevents me from saying more about my love life, than to tell you it would make most men half my age feel envious.  My eyes are clear ... my face is nearly unlined.

I don't even wear glasses.   Yet this is not an inherited strength -- both my parents wore strong glasses, even as young people.

All of my bodily functions work the way they're supposed to -- medically-speaking, I'm in the prime of my life.   (I know that for a fact -- last year, my life insurance company approved me for a very large policy after doing a complete medical exam.)

But I wasn't always like this.  As a child, I WAS frail and sickly.  I never played sports on any of my school teams.  Even as a young man, I was frequently ill.

Without question,  I can truthfully say that I owe today's state of radiant health and well-being to my mastery of an ancient eastern health science known simply as "G-Jo."

I reveal these normally-personal details of my life to you for an important reason ...
